Under the Starry Sky is a widespread exhibition that connects arts, sciences, and spirituality to question the way we observe, inhabit, and transform celestial space today. The flight of the dove from Noah’s Ark to anthropized skies<\/strong> presents the work of Franco Perrotti<\/strong>. The artist highlights the devices used to repel migrants during their exoduses and birds considered undesirable, including pigeons. At the center of the narrative emerges the metamorphosis of the dove\u2014a biblical messenger and figure of peace\u2014within contemporary skies marked by barriers, control systems, and flying machines. The pigeons take on technological forms, modified by spikes, grafts, and surfaces that transform their bodies into armed and heavy attack drones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This section, dedicated to the artist and designer Franco Perrotti,<\/strong> addresses the theme of the sky’s transformation into a controlled space, traversed by surveillance systems, interdiction, conflict, and technological flight control. The works in the Dissuader<\/strong> series stem from the study of deterrent systems used in cities to prevent birds from nesting in urban spaces. Pigeons and doves, historically associated with peace, freedom, and orientation, become ambiguous images of the present in relation to drones, surveillance systems, borders, and new air control technologies. The section includes indoor and outdoor environmental installations dedicated to the themes of flight, control, migration, and the symbolic transformations of the contemporary sky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
